J. BOSHOFF & VENUSSA BOSHOFF, husband and wife, whose Post Office address is: 115 South Mars Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33755 - 6522, hereinafter called the "Grantee": (Whenever used herein the term "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations) Witnesseth, that the grantor, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all of the following parcel of real property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, viz: PLAZA PARK, Block H, the South 50 feet of Lots 1 and 2, as recorded in Plat Book H5, Page 53, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, (This document is being recorded to correct errors contained in that certain Special Warranty Deed recorded March 23, 2006 in O. R. Book 15006, Pages 225 - 226, Pinellas County public records, specifically to correctly reflect the names of Grantees and to pay the documentary stamps due thereon) Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold, the same in fee simple forever. Subject to nondelinquent ad valorem taxes and current installments of special assessments not yet due and payable, to highways, rights-of-way, licenses, easements and restrictions of record generally, zoning ordinances and other governmental limitations, or others which might be disclosed by an accurate inspection and architectural survey. And the said Grantor does specifically warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claim of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor except taxes for the year 2006 and subsequent, and subject to the matters hereinabove mentioned.
