September 23, 1983
On September 1, 1983, the City Commission approved the final site
plan for the Office, Manufacturing, Warehouse Project subject to
the following conditions:
1. The open space fee in the amount of $1,596.98 be paid
prior to the certification of the final site plan,
2. The City Engineer approve the roof top water retention
arrangement, and if so approved, 'a structural engineer
be required to seal the roof assembly plan,
3. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured
within six (6) months from the date of City Commission
approval of the final site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
Attached are ten copies of the site plan for your certification
and distribution.
tIOTE: The open space fee of $1,596.98 has been paid as
required.
