Site Plan Certification/Restaurant at Grant Plaza

The site plan for Restaurant at Grant Plaza was approved
by the City Commission on April 1, 1982 subject to the
following conditions:
10 All right-olf-way, drainage, and utili ty easements
as required for the site plan be in a form for
acceptance by the City prior to the issuance of a
certificate of occupancy 0
2. Approval of any sign location within the 40 foot
right-of-way easement along UoSo 19 must be done
through written agreement with the Public Works
Departmento
3. Easements be obtained covering the use of shopping
center parking spaces by the restauranto
4. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued
within six (6) months from the date of City Commis-
sion approval of the site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be issued within two
(2) years from the date of issuance of the initial
building permit.

tion and distributiono
