The applicant is now requesting approval to add an 16x20 ' aluminum shade awning for an outside break area with picnic tables at 1587 U.S. 19 south and generally situated on the south east side of the bldg. They also propose to add a 50x80' two story addition at 1529 U.S. 19 south which will be used for washrooms, lunchroom, and additional telephone operators, if needed. The addition will be located on the north east corner of the building. Traffic Engineering and Public Works Departments have reviewed the revised plan and find it acceptable. I recommend approval of the current requested modification as a minor plan change.
