This plan was approved by the Resource Development Committee
at its meeting of 8-11-78 reviewed by the City Commission
when the CIS was approved on 9-7-78 and again reviewed by
the City Commission on 2-15-79 at the time of the public
hearing on the zoning change.
The Board'of Adjustment and Appeal approved the plan at its
meeting of 4-12-79 in conjunction with the granting of a
special exception to permit the Nursing Home in an ISP zoning
district.
Please certify the attached plans as approved by the BAA and
distribute as usual.

The preliminary site plan for Sunset Point Nursing Center was
reviewed by the City Commission on September 7, 1978 when the
associated Community Impact Statement was approved and again
on February 15, 1979 when the associated rezoning was approvedo
The plan was certified by the City Clerk on April 2~, 1979.
The developers of the nursing home are subsequently proposing to
place a 16 x 22 foot accessory building on the north side of the
nursing home, west of the parking lot. The acceptable positioning
of this structure would be 32 feet north of the nursing home and
12 feet west of the parking lot as is shown on the attached
exhibit.
I recommend that we treat the proposed accessory building as a
minor plan change. If you concur, please forward a copy of this
memo with your signature along with a copy of the exhibit to the
City Clerk so that she may attach them to the original site plan
to constitute a valid record of plan change.
