Drainage and detention must be redesigned to meet the criteria of DER and SWF~ prior to issuance of building permits. 2. Dumpster must be visually screened with a 12' wide clear opening prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. 3. Requisite initial building permit shall be procured no later than May 23, 1989 and all certificates of occupancy must be procured by November 23, 1990., 4. Revalidation has no effect on any impact fee requirements now in force or subsequently enacted. A fire hydrant will be required at the Calumet Street entrance. (Shown on revised site plan.) 2. Drainage detention must be redesigned to meet the criteria of DER and SFWMD. (Required prior to the issuance of building permits.) 3. Open space fees are to be paid prior to certification of the final site plan. (According to Parks & Recreation, this fee was paid in 1986.) ,4. Calculations must be provided for interior parking lot landscaping. (Environmental Management finds the plan to be acceptable.) 5. The dumpster must be visually screened with a 12 foot wide clear opening. (Noted on revised site plan.) 6. Site data should be corrected to show the correct parking formula of one space for 1500 square feet of gross floor area. (Site data has been corrected.) 7. The requisite initial building permit shall be procured within six (6) months of the date of certification of final site plan and all certificates of occupancy shall be obtained within three (3) years from the date of certification of the final site plan.
