SIgns and fenCIng are subJect to separate reView and permIttIng. 2. The temporary structure shall be removed prIor to issuance of 8 certificate of occupancy for the second story addItion. 3. The addItIon of any more employees or any modIfIcation of the bUIlding WhICh results In more classrooms WIll neceSSitate additional parkIng. 4.
