The applicant 1s now requesting approval of a revised site plan. The changes include the addition of a driveway connection to Colonial House with the re-arrangement of parking spaces to retain the previously approved number of spaces, Traffic Engineering, Public Works and Environmental Management have reviewed the proposed changes and have no objections. I recommend approval of the current requested modification as a minor plan change 'subject to the previous conditions placed on the plan certified on November 8. 1985. If you concur with this recommendation, please initial this memo, attach it to the copies of the revised plan and forward them to the City Clerk for certification and distribution.
