SUBJECT: Certification o! Final Site plan for City of Clearwater Sanitation
Complex (PSP 87-11)

Deeember 22, 1987
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of September 10, 1987,
approved the above described final site plan subject to the following
conditions:

1. The fire hydrant must be 300 feet or less from the farthest point of
the building. (Shown on revised site plan.)

2. Information must be shown on the plan to indicate how a sanitary sewer
connection will be made at the concrete wash pad and information must
be provided regarding inlets that will collect storm water runoff from
the site. (Shown on revised site plan.)
3. Handicap spaces must be provided in accordance with regulations in the
Land Development Code. (Provided in accordance with Land Development
Code.)
4. Parking spaces should be redesigned to accomodste an appropriate
traffic circulation system, the preferred design being 900 parking
for all spaces. (The Assistant Director of Traffic Engineering finds
the revised 900 parking layout to be acceptable.)
5. A dumpster location must be shown on the plan, the dumpster to be
visually screened with a 12' wide opening (dumpster locationl
orientation Is subject to approval by the Utilities Department).
6. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final plan and all
certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three years of the
date of certification of the final plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditfons listed above,
and distribute.
