CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Florida created pursuant to Part III Chapter
163 Florida Statutes, holder of a certain mortgage from THE RING WORKSPACES, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability
Corporation, bearing the date of and recorded on February 21, 2018 in O.R. Book 19949, Page 1638 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; given to secure the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and 0/100
CENTS ($600,000.00), upon the same, following described property:
Lots 13 through 18, inclusive, of Block 18, GOULD & EWING'S 2ND ADDITION TO CLEARWATER
HARBOR, FLORIDA, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 52, of the Official Records
of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the above described parcel conveyed to the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation, by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 4151, Page 691,
of the Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 630 Laura Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755 Parcel I.D. 16-29-15-32292-018-0130
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Clearwater, Florida, having received full payment according to
its loan documents of such indebtedness, does acknowledge satisfaction of said lien, and hereby directs the Clerk of
the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Clearwater, Florida, in its
corporate capacity, has caused this Satisfaction of Mortgage to be executed this iV4A day of GACA , 2024 by its
