The property ia Lot 31, Lot 32 and part of Lot 29 on Devon Drive. The property is currently titled Frederick A. Hemerick, Trustee, and is in my father's estate, of which I am Trustee. For purposes of settling the estate, I wish to distribute Lot 31 as a single lot and Lot 30 and part of Lot 29 as a single lot to the heirs of the estate. The division of the property would yield two separate buildable lots. There are already two separate driveways and two addresses in existence on the property, 195 Devon Drive and 199 Devon Drive. The property is Lot 31, Lot 32 and part of Lot 29 on Devon Drive. The property is currently titled Frederick A. Hemerick, Trustee, and is in my father's estate, of which I am Trustee. For purposes of settling the estate, I wish to distribute Lot 31 as a single lot and Lot 30 and part of Lot 29 as a single lot to the heirs of the estate. The division of the property would yield two separate buildable lots. There are already two separate driveways and two addresses in existence on the property, 195 Devon Drive and 199 Devon Drive. The present structure is scheduled to be demolished in mid-November. Please give this your consideration, and instruct me as to what measures would be necessary to complete this request.
