September 16, 1993 Mr. Louis Hilton City of Clearwater Plannmg ServIces DIvisIon 10 South MIssoun Avenue Clearwater, FL 34618 RE: St. Cecelia School Amendment to Final Site Plan (pSP-93-10) Dear Lou: Pursuant to our meeting on September 9, 1993, we are submitting 12 caples of the Final and Overall SIte Plan We are requestIng approval for amendment to the FlOal SIte Plan This school, located at the intersection of Hillcrest Avenue and Court Street, was penrntted and constructed around 1959 with minor site modIfication~ occumng SlOce then The eXISting site has a total land area of 13 593 acres. Based on data obtamed from the CIty of Clearwater Buildmg Department, the eXlstlOg cum ulan ve buIlding floor area is 57,610 square feet. ThiS area was venfied using an aenal photograph and scalmg the eXIsting structures. A copy of thiS bUlldmg data is attached. 'I The proposed SIte modrficanons conSIst of the additIOn of a new 2,000 square foot chapel With courtyard, a 6,000 square foot classroom buIldmg and a storIllwater management system The chapel and courtyard WIll replace an existIng asphalt area wlule the new classroom wIll be located m an eXIstmg grassy area The total site area belOg modified IS apprQxlmately 075 acres. Additional mmor modrfications are identified on the site plan. Based on the above informanon, the addition 10 bUIlding area is 14 percent. The overall modIficatIon to the SIte IS just under six percent ThiS is well under the threshold of 25 percent.
