Before any condomm- lum plat is filed of record in the office of the clerk of the county court, a copy of the ground level survey drawing shall first be submitted to the city engineer for determination that all requisite ease- ments are properly delineated on the plat, all streets are properly named without duplicatIon, and the plat comports with other engineering prac- tices of the city. (2) Lot divisions.
