The owner of the unlt addressed at 2063 Sunset Grove Lane
requests that the plan be amended for hlS property to provlde for
a fen ceo f ~ r a d u ate d 11 e 1 !J h t s (r a n g 1 n g fro In S 1 X fee tat the
bU11d1ng to four feet at the rear property llne). The PubllC
Works Depctrtment has re1uested that, where the fence traverses
the dra1ndge Bnd ut1l1ty easement. the fence be constrJ;ted ln a
manner dhlCh w1l1 not obstruct the free flow of water.
