Please certify the attached plans subject to the following conditions: Changes to be made to the plan prior to certification: 1. A notation shall be provided at the entrance drive(s) off Keene Road to the effect that the driveway(s) will be constructed at the time Keene Road is paved adjacent to this property. (Has been noted on the revised plan.) 2. The notations regarding fence heights along the rights-of-way shall be adjusted to meet code requirements. (Existing 6 ft. fencing may remain. The requisite initial building permit shall be procured prior to March 27, 1987 and all Certificates of Occupancy shall be procured within two years of date of issuance of the initial building permit.
