Margaret Wolfe, resides at 1441 Orange St. Clearwater, phone 727-430-1190.
She has a plot with her family's plots in the Clearwater Municipal Cemetery.
She believes her plot number is 15-54-D. Her sister Jeanette Martin is buried in plot 15-54-A.
Pm Peggy's assigned Case Manager and assisting her with continuing on her Medicaid benefits. In
order for Peggy's burial plot not to count as an asset and therefore disqualify her for Medicaid, the
contract needs to state either Irrevocable or Nonrefundable.
We would like a letter on your letterhead stating that the contract is non-refundable or irrevocable
and mailed to Peggy at her address stated above.

Good Morning Mr. Hull,
We received the below email from Lory Smeltzer who is the case manager for Margaret (Peggy) Martin Wolfe. Mrs.
Wolfe's mother, Margaret Martin, is the owner of Block 15, Lot 54, Space 3 (B) & space 4 (A).
Mrs. Wolfe's sister, Jeannette Martin is buried in space 3 (B) and space 4 (A) is currently vacant (for Mrs. Wolfe). I have
attached the cemetery deed in question which is space 4 (A), Block 15, Lot 54.
We are being asked to provide a letter that this space 4 (A) is Irrevocable or Nonrefundable.
Is there any reason why we cannot provide such a letter ?
