WEE MS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation proposes to constructor improve State Road No. 55, Section No. 15150-XXXX , in PINELLAS County, Florida; and WBERRAB, it is necessary that two easements across certain lands now owned by THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, be acquired by the State of Florida Department of Transportation; and WBERRAB, said use is in the best interest of the City; and MAMMAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation has made application to said City to execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation two perpetual easements in favor of the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS, and said request having been duly considered; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA: Section 1. The application of the State of Florida Department of Transportation for two perpetual easements are for transportation purposes which are in the public or community interest and for public welfare; that two perpetual easements in favor of the State of Florida Department of Transportation in the City of CLEARWATER , Florida, should be drawn and executed by this City Council. Consideration shall be TEN DOLLARS and XX/100 ($10.00). The City Council of the City of Clearwater hereby grants two perpetual easements, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits "A" and "B• to Resolution 19 - Section 2. A certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to the State of Florida Department of Transportation at 11201 N. Malcolm McKinley Drive Tampa, Florida 33612. Section 3.
