QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this gi day of r';/ , 2019, by and
between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Florida,
party of the first part, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33758-4748
and JEANNIE M ZIMMERMAN, party of the second part, whose mailing address is 1164 Engman
Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755.
WITNESSETH, that the said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the
said Party of the Second Part, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit claim, unto the said Party of the Second Part forever, all the right,
title, interest claim and demand which the said Party of the First Part has in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, Tying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:, and described more particularly as follows, to wit:
Lot 66, Block D, Greenwood Park No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 16 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular, the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of said Grantor, either in law or in equity, to the property use and behoof of said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto
duly authorized, the day and year first above written.
