referred to as the "Grantor") and CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY FLAG SERVICE
ORGANIZATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, whose address is 503 Cleveland
Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755 ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to that certain land situated in Pinellas
County, Florida, to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular, the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of said Grantor, either in law or in equity, to the only proper use and behoof of said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
This Quit Claim Deed is subject to that certain Blanket Utility, Drainage, Gas and
Ingress and Egress Easement reserved in the City of Clearwater pursuant to Ordinance 9129-
18 of the City of Clearwater, Florida as recorded in Official Records Book 20070, Page 2537.

WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100ths Dollars ($10.00)

acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, remises, releases and transfers unto the
