Grantee agrees to commence construction of certain improvements on the Property within twelve (12) months of the date hereof. Grantee further agrees to complete construction of such improvements within eighteen (18) months of the date hereof. If Grantee has not commenced and/or completed construction of these improvements within the timeframe(s) specified above, the property shall revert to Grantor. Grantee shall forthwith, upon the request of Grantor, reconvey the Property to Grantor via Special Warranty Deed.
