Last Will and Testament
of
Vonei Ile F. Jones
1. Vo.neille .F. Jones, residing in Coffbe County, Alabama, being of sound mind and
disposing memory., and being mindful of the .tmcertainties of life, and being over the agc of
eighteen (1.8) years do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all other wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
At the time I make this will. I am a single person. All references herein to my "child" or
my "children" are to Coy T. Jones, Ronda D. 'Bertsch and Susan J. Seiber.
ARTICLE I
1 direct that all of my just debts, taxes and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable
after my death.
ARTICLE II
All of the rest, .residue and remainder of the property which I may own at the time of my
death, including property to which I may acquire or become entitled to after the execution of this
will, including all lapsed legacies and devises, 1 bequeath and devise in fee to my children, Coy
T. Jones, Ronda D. Bertsch and Susan J. Sciber, in equal shares per stirpes; provided however,
if :a child dies without children and is married, his or her share shall pass to the surviving spouse.
If I am not survived by any descendants herein, all assets shall be distributed in
accordance with the laws of intestate succession then in effect in the State of Alabama,

ARTICLE 11.1
A. I nominate and appoint Susan J. Seiber as Personal Representative of this my last
will and testament. if the said Susan 3. Sciber shall predecease me, refuse or otherwise fail to
serve as such .Personal .Represericative 1 nominate and appoint Ronda D. Bertsch to serve as
Alternate Personal Representative. th e said Ronda D. Bertsch shall predecease me, refuse or
otherwise :fail to serve as such Alternate Personal :Representative, I nominate and appoint Coy T.
Jones to serve as Second: Alternate Personal Representative. I direct that my Personal
Representative or Alternate Personal Representative serve without bond or inventory and without
accounting or final. settlement to any court except to probate this my last will and testament.
13. I hereby grant to .my Personal :Representative the fiduciary power to deal with any of
my property, real, personal or mixed, owned individually o.r jointly with others, the authority to
do all acts AN.fhleh 1 Could do if I. were living, in th.c handling of my affairs, Such power may be
exercised independently and without prior or subsequent approval. of any court. Without in any
way limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby grant to my Personal Representative the
following fiduciary powers in addition to, and not in substitution of, powers co.nferred by law:
I. to compromise, settle or adjust any claim or demand by or against my
Estate and to rescind or modify any contract or agreem.ent of which I am a party;
2. to retain any security or other property owned by .me at the time of :my
death so long as such retention appears advisable and to exchange any such
security or property for other securities or properties and to retain such items
received in exchange;
3. to sell, exchange, partition, divide, assign, transfer, lease and convey
any of my property, real, personal or mixed, owned individually or jointly with
others, at public or private sale, at such time and price and upon such terms and
conditions, including financing thereof, as my fiduciary 'nay determine;
4. to invest and re-invest in such stocks, bonds and other securities as my
fiduciary may deem advisable, all without diversification as to kind or amount
and without being restricted in any way by the Constitution of Alabama and any
statute or court decision now or hereafter existing which regulates or limits the
investment authority of fiduciaries; and

5. to employ accountants, attorneys and such other agents as my fiduciary
may deem advisable and to pay reasonable compensation for their services and to
charge same to my Estate.

genders, and all words used in the singular or plural shall include the singular or plural., unless
the context therein specifically requires otherwise,
