Terry D. Clark , whose mailing address is 1428 S. Hillcrest Ave. ,
Clearwater, FL 33756 , of the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
as "PURCHASER ":
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants herein contained, and other valuable considerations, the Grantor
agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following described space:
Block 14 , LotS HOS 90`1 (Urn Spaces) Li 0 3 -402-, Clearwater
Cemetery, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.

Total balance due is $ 5 5650. In the event of default in the balance due, the entire sum may be immediately declared due
in full. Failure of the purchaser to make said payment shall entitle the Grantor to retain all proceeds theretofore paid, as liquidated
damages, and may also retain title to any part or portion of said property which has not been used for grave space, and thereupon this
contract shall become null and void.
NO SPACE SHALL BE USED AS A BURIAL SITE UNTIL THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
THE PURCHASER FURTHER AGREES to abide by all rules and regulations governing the use and maintenance of space(s)
in Clearwater Cemetery. This contract shall not be assigned nor shall any grave space sold hereunder be transferred without the
written consent of the City of Clearwater.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to the personal representatives and heirs of the Purchaser and
the successors of the City.

WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $513.50 in hand paid by the said Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quit - claimed unto the said Grantee, and their heirs forever, all the
right, title and interest, which the said Grantor has in and to the following described parcel of land, lying and being in Pinellas County,
State of Florida, to wit: Block 14, Lots 402, 403, 404 & 405 (Urn Spaces) , Clearwater Cemetery, as recorded in Plat Book 60,
Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to the condition that Grantee herein shall not assign or convey said property without the written consent
of the Grantor, and to the further condition that said property shall be used only for cemetery purposes as human burial sites and is
subject to such other rules and regulations the City of Clearwater may adopt pertaining to use of said property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of the said Grantee and their heirs and assigns
forever.
