WHF.REAS, gursuane to Chapter 47 of the Clearwater Code of Ordinances and the
Standard Building CodB, the ]Bua�ding Of�ficial d�ternuned that certain real property des�riberl herein
and the building situated d�ereon were unsafe, unsanitary, unfit for human habitation, and
dangerous and detrimental t� the health, safeey, and general welfare of the community, and did not
properly comply with the r�uirernents of said Code, and found that an emergency existed which,
in his opinian, involved danger to human life and health, and ordered the demolieion of the
biulding, and
�RFAS, ih� City �f Clearwater has caused tx►e demolition of the ba�ilding, and th� cost
of such vvork should now be assessed as a lien on 't�eehaif of the City mf Clearwater against the
�Sr�,rty; n�w, therefore,

and the City of Cle.arwater having now completed said work, the City Commission does hereby
assess and charge a lien on ls�half of the City of Clearwater against the properiy for the nacessary
casts incurred as follows:

amount of assessment shall t� prepared, which certificate shall constitute a. li�n grior io all other
liens except the lien for taxes. Said czrtificate, evhen issued, shall be payable to the City wath
interest at � rate af eight pePC: nt (S %) per annum.

the assessment against said graperty, and to record the same in the Pe�blic Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
