RESOLUTION NO. 96-59
A RESOLUTION OF TI�E CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA ,
ESTABLISHING Ti€E BASSC VESSEL SLIP RENTAL FEES TO BE
CHAFtGED TO PRIVATE, COMMERCIAL AND TRANSIEAIT VESSELS AT
CLEARWATER MUNYCTPAL MARINA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 33.028 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clearwater authorizes establishing of rental charges for use of docking
iacili�ies at the Clearwate� Munici�al Marina; and
WHIItEP,S, the Cit� Commission �inds that it is proper and advisable to
astab3ish the ctxarges for the �ental of the Clearwater Municipal Maxina boat
slips an� docking spaces as set forth herein in order to recover �he di�ect
costs �or �he �arisaa buiiding, slips, u�ilities and supplies; now, therefore,
