96-56� � � �� �� . t�-� A RESOLUTION OF THE C{TY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ASSESSING THE OWN�RS OF PROPERTY THE COS7S O� HAVING MOWED OR CLEARED THE OWNERS' LOTS. 1NNEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater that, for the purpase of promoting the heafth, safety and general weEfare of the citizens and residents of the City, re�l praperty within the City should be cleared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other noxiaus material; and WHEREAS, nofice pursuant to Section 20.38, Code of Ordinances, was provided to the owner of each of the lots listed in Exhibit A, and fihe notice required each property owner to cause the vialation to be �em�died or to file a nafice of appeal within 10 days after the date the property was post�d; and W!-{EFt�AS, �he prop�rty owners have failed fo take remedial aciion wifhin the time provided and have failed to file a notice of appeal within the time allowed, or appealed the notice of �iolatic�r� but f�ile� to take rerrredial acfion within the time provided by 4he Gode Enforcement 8oard, and i# became necessary far the Ciry to take rernedial action; and WHEREAS, the owner of each lot listed on Exhibit A has been provided with a notice and opporiunity within which to pay the cnsts and administrative charges set forth on Exhibit A, but no paym�nfs have been received; now►, ttierefiore, BE IT FiESOLVED BY TFiE CIN COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Ciiy Commission finds the preamble hsreofi to be true and correct. Section 2. The City Commission hereby assesses a lien upon each parcel of real property {isted on Exhibit A for the actual costs of mowing or alearing, plus administraiive costs, as shown on Exhibit A.
