A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLE,oRWATER, FLORIDA, ASSESSING THE
OWNERS OF PROPERTY 7HE CQSTS OF HAVING MOWED OR CLEARED
THE OWi�ERS' LOiS.
V�M�REAS, ii has been determined by the City Commis�ion of the City of Clearwater that,
for the purpose of promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and residents of
#he City, rea{ property within the City should be cleared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other
noxious material; and
WNEF��AS, notice putsuant to Section 20.38, Code of Ordinances, vvas provided to the
awner of each of the lots listed in Exhibit A, and the notice r�quired each property owner to cause
the violation #o be remedied or to fi�e a notice of appeal within 10 days after the date the property
w�� posfed; �nd
iNHEREAS, the property own�rs have fiailed to take remedial a�tion within the time
provided and have failed to file a notice of appeal within the time allowed, or appealed the notice
o� viola#ian but ffailed to iake rsmedial ac:tior� vuithin the time providsd by the Code EnForc�ment

�ction �. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a noiice of lien against each
�roperty li�ted on �xhibit A and to record the same in the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
