A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMIVIISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEt�RWATER, FLOR.IDA, NAMING CITY PROPERTY SHOWN
ON Td3'E ATTACHED 1ViAP ANi� LOCATED AT 801 BAYSHORE
BLVD. AS "COOPER'S BAYOU PARK," PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of real property located at 801 Bayshore Blvd.
��vhich is b�ing developsd as a passive park with water retention facilities; and
WiiEIiEAS, Del �ro Groves �-Iomeowners Association, Inc. has requested that said
properf.y be named tl�e "Cooper's �ayou Park," and
WW���AS, the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended that the �ite be
named the "Cooper's Bayou Park," and
WfiEItEAS, the City 'Commission desires to formally name this site in accordance
wi#h the criteria established in ReSOiution No. 94 - 12; now therefore,
�E yT RESOLVED BY TI3E CITY COA��Il�IISSION OF THE
CITY �OF CI,EAR�TA'TER, FLOIt�A:
Section 1. In ��cardance with the criteria prev:ously e5tablished, the property located at
801 Bayshore Blyd. and shown on the attached map is hereby named "Cooper's Bayou Park."
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect irnmediately upon adoption.
