A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ASSESSING THE
OWNERS OF PROPERTY THE COSTS OF HAVING MOWED OR CLEARED
THE OWPdERS' LOiS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater fhat,
for the purpose of promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and residents of
th� City, real property wifhin the City should be cteared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other
noxious material; and
Wi-{EREAS, notice pur�uant to 'Section 20.38, Code of Ordinances, was provided to the
owner of each of the lots listed in Exhibit A, and the notice required each property owner to cause
the violafiion to be remedied or to file a notice of appeal within 10 days after the date the property
was pasted; and
W�-iER�AS, the property owners have failed to take remedia! aciion within the time
provided and have �Failed to file a noiice of appeal within the time allowed, or appealed the notice
of violation but failed to taice remedial act+on within the time provided by the Code Enforcement
Ba�rd, and ii became �ecessary for th� Ciiy 4o take remedia! action; and
WHER�AS, th� owner of each lot listed on Exhibii A has been provided with a notice and
opportunity wi#hin which to pay the costs and administrative charges set forth on Exhibit A, but no
payments have been received; now, rherefore,

propeity lisfed on Exhibit A and to recbrd the sam� 6n the public racords pf Pinella5 County,
Florida.
