.U�'� WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a public right-of-way or as a
public utility eas�menE; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSlON OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Secfiion 1. The property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, is hereby dedicated as
right-of-way and as a utility easemen# for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater as
their interests may appear. The property shall be designated as Landmark Drive Right-of-Way.
Sectian 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in the public records
of Pinelias County, Florida.
