WHER�AS, pursuant to Chapter 47 of the Clearwater Code of Ordinances and the Standard Buiiding Code, the �uilding O�cial deteranined that certaui real properry described herein and the building situated thereon were unsafe, unsanitary, unf'it for human habitation, and dangerous and detrimental to the health, safery, and general welfare of the community, and did not progerly comply with the requirements of said Code, and found that an emergency existed which, in his opinion, involved danger to human life and health, and ordered the demolition of the building; and . WI3�?i2P,AS, the City of Clearwater has caused the demolition of the building, and the cost of such work should now be assessed as a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against the pro�perty; now, therefore, - BE IT RPSOLVED �X Ti� CITY COMMISSION OF TI� CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORID�,: Section 1. The Building Official having ordered the demolition of the building situated on the followang described property: ('sreenwood Park Na 2, Blk F, Lot 8 (Parcel Number 10/29/15/33552/006/0080). Owner of record: Gene Roebuck, Curtis & Vanessa 'l�mpkin 1153 LaSalle Street Clearwater, Florida 34615-3234 ��� � � � and the City of Clearwater having now completed said work, the City Commission does hereby assess and charge a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against the property for the necessary costs incuned as follows: TOTAL DEMOLITION COSTS (5ee Attachment "A") $7927.00 Section 2. As soon as practicable, a Certificate of Indebtedness against the property for the amount of assessment shall be prepared, wluch certif'icate shall constitute a lien prior to all other liens except the lien for taxes. 3aid certif'icate, when issued, shall be payable to the City with interest at a rate of eight percent (8 %) per annum. Section 3. The Ciry Clerk is hereby directed to prepase a Notice of Lien in the amount of the assessment against said property, and to record the same in the Public Records of Pinellas Caunty, �lorida.
