WHERE'AS, the City Commission desires to o'fficially designate and authorize
certain City offficials to sign all checks drawn by the City on any account of any fund
op�rated by the Ci€y in any bank where such account or accounts are maint�ined, either
by hand or by use of m�charical check-signie�c� �quipment;

Clearwa�er accounts normally shall be sign�d by the facs9mile signature of both of the

vrhase facsimile signatures shall be duly certified to said banks. If for any reason, manual
signatures may be required firom time to time, all checks, drafts, notes, or orders drawn
against said banl<s shalf be signed manually by Elizabeth M. Deptula, City Manager, or by
one of the follav�aing when designated as Acting City Manager:
Kathy S. Rice Deputy Cifiy Manager
William C. Baker Assistant Ciiy Manager
and by one of the following:
Margaret L. Simmons Finance Director
