�E IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWA7ER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The properties de5cribed in Exhibits A, �, and C attached hereto, are hereby
dedicated as rights-of-uvay and as utiiity easemeots for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater as their interes4s may appear. Th� properties shali be designated as additional rights-
of-way for Highland Avenue.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby direcYed to record this resoiution in the public records
of Pinellas Coun4y, Florida.
