FLORIDA, DELEGATiNG THE AUTNORITY TO
AUTHORIZE AND SIGN REQU�STS TO TFiE
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR TEMP�RARY CLOSiNG AND SPECIAL USE
O� STATE ROADS TO THE CITY MANAGER;
PF?�VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, th� City of Cl�arwater is r�quired by Florida Department of
Transportation (�'D017 rules to submit a requesfi to FDOT fior �he temporary
ciosing and special use of stafie roads; and
WFlEREA�, the City Commission desires to delegaie the authority io
authoriz� and sign such requests to the City Managec; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY T�iE CITY COMIIAISSION OF
THE CiTY QF CL�RWATIER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve and sign all
requests to fihe Florida Department of Transportation for temporary closing and
special use of state roads.
Section 2. This resolution shall fake effect immediately upon adopfiion.
