Wf�EREAS, Resatution 97-32 was adopted May 1, 1997, with a legal
description which was incomplete for recording purposes; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 97-32 was re-adopted August 7, 1997, with the
complete legal description, but ihe original resoluiion adopted May 1 was not
rescinded; now, therefore,

Section 1. Resol�tion 9T-32 adopted May 1, 1997, is hereby rescinded.
