WHER�AS, pursuant w Chapt�r 47 of the Cleaawater Code of Ordinances and the
Standard Builiding Ccde, ihe Building Off'icial determined that certain real property described herein
and the buildiaig situa�ted thereon were unsafe, unsanitary, unfit for human habitation, and
dangerous �atd d�trimer►tal to the health, safety, anri general welfare of the community, and did not
comply wii;h the r�uirements of said Code before exgenses were incurred; and

and the City of Clearwater having now completed said work, the City Commission does hereby
assrss and chazge a lien on tiehalf of the City of Clearvv�ater against the property for the necessary
costs incurred as follows:
TOTAL DEMOLTTION COSTS $706.00

Section 2• As soon as pracdcable, a Certificate of Indebtedness against the property for the
amount of assessment shall be prepared, which certificate shall consdtute a lien prior to all other
liens ezce�t. the lien for taxes. Said certificate, when issuefl, shall be payable to the City with
interest at a rate of eight p�rcent (8 %) per annum.
S' n 'The City Cierk,is hereby dz*ected to pre�aare a Notice of Lien in the amount of
the assessment against said property, and to re�ord Lhe same in the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Floric�a..
Sec9ion 4• This resalulion shall take effect imrnediately upon adoption.
