A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ASSESSING THE
OVVNERB OF PROPERTY THE COSTS OF HAVING MOWED OR CLEP,RED
THE t7W�lERS' LOTS.
WHEREAS, it has been deterrr►ined by the City Commission of the Ciiy of Clearwater#hat,
for th� purpose of promoting the health, safety and general welgare of #he citizer�s and residents of
the City, real property within the City should be cieared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other
noxious mate�ial; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to Sec4ion 20.38, Code of Ordinances, was proviued to the
awner of each ofthe lots listed in Exhibit A, and the notice required each property owner to cause
the violation to be remedied or to file a notice of appeal vuithin 10 days after the date the property
was posted; and
W�iEREAS, the property ovuners have failed to take rem�dial action wiQhin the time
provided and have failed to file a notice of appeal within the time �Ifouyed, or appealed the notice
of violafiion but failed tn take remedial action within the time provided by the Code Enforcement
Fsoard, and it became necessary for the City to take remedial action; and
WNiEREA�S, ths ovuner ��F each lot listed on Exhibit A has been provided with a notice and
opportun'ity within whiah to pay th� costs and administrativ� charges set forth on Exhibit A, but no
payments have b�e� receiv�d; r�ouv, 4herefore,

on Exhibit A.
$ec4i�n 3. The City Cl�rk is hereby directed 4o prepare a notice of lien against each
property listed on �xhibi4 A and to record th� same in the public rECOrds oi Pinellas �ounty,
Florida.
