OWP�lERS OF PROPERTY THE COSTS OF HAVING MOWED OR CLEARED
� , THE QWNERS' LOTS.
�WHEREAS, it has b2en determined by the City Commission af the City of Clearwafer that,
for the purpose af promoting the heaith, safety and general we{fare of the citizens and residen4s of
the City, reaf property within the City should be cleared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other
noxious ma4erial; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to S�ction 20.38, Code of Ordinances, was provided to the
ovsrn�r of each of the !ot§ listed in F_xhibit A, and the notice required each properfy owner to cause
the violation to be remedied or to file a notice of appea! w►ithin 10 days after fihe date ihe property
was posted; and
WHEREAS, fihe property owners have failed to tak� remedial aciion within the tim�
provided and have failed to file a notice of appeal within the time allowed, or appealed the notice
of violation but failed to take remedial action within the time provided by the Code Enforcement
�oard, and it becar►ie necessary for the Ciry to take remedial action; and
WHEEtEP�S, the owner of each lot listed on �xhibit A has been provided with a no4ice and
opportunity within which to pay the costs and administrative charges set forth on Exhibit A, but no
paymeots have been received; nQw, iherefore,

listed on Exhibii A for the actual costs of mowing or clearing, plus administraiive costs, as s�own
on Exhibit A.
S�cticzp�,, The� City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a notice of lien against each
property listed on Exhibit A and fa record the same in the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
