WHEdZEAS, it is necessary from time to time that officials of the City of Clearwater,
including tiie City Manager's Offiae, the Engineering Department, and the Clearwater Gas System
(a i3eparhnent of the City), sign applications for Florida Department of Transportation permits; and
WHERE?,S, the City had authorized certain officials to sign applications for �lorida
l�epar�n�nt of Trans�ortation pernuts by Resolution 95-13; and
WI3EREAS, the City of Clearwater wishes to rescind I�esolution 95-13 and desi�nate
certa�n officials of the Ci4y of Clearwater as authorized by this Resolution to sign applications for
Florida Ll�partnient of Transportation permits; and
��WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater waives the placement of the Ci4y seal on all
doauments signed by the undersigned representatives and agrees'to be bound as fully as if the City
seat were affixed;
BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CdJMNIISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1• Resolution 95-13 is hereby rescinded and the City Commission does hereby
authorize the following officials to sign applzcations for Florida Department of Transportation
permits on behalf of the City:
