A RESOLUTION OF THE CI7Y OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ASSESSING THE
OWNERS OF PROPERTY TNE COSTS �F HAVING MOWED OR CLEARED
TH� OWNERS' LOTS.
WNEr�EAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of 4he City of Clearwater that,
for the pur�ose of promoting ihe health, safety and general weifare of tihe citizens and residents of
the City, real property rvithin the City should be cleared of weeds, rubbish, debris and other
noxious mate�ial; and
WHEREAS, noiice pursuan4 to Section 20.38, Code of Ordinances, was provided to the
owner of each of the lots listed in Exhibit A, and the notice required each property owner to cause
the vi�lation to be remedied or to file a notice of appeal within 10 days after the date the property
was posted; and
1lIMMERi:AS, the Qrape�fiy awners have failed to take remedial action within the tim�
provided and hav� failed to flle a notice ofi appeal witFiin the time allowed, or appealed the notice
aff vio��4ion !��# failed 4o take remedial action within 4he time provided by the Cocie Enforcement
Br..ard, and it became necessary fgr the �ity to take rzmedia! action; and
WHEREAS, the ovuner of each 1ot listed on Exhibit A lias been provided wifh a notice and
opportunity vrithin which to pay fhe costs and adrr�inistrative charges set forth on �xhibit P., but no
p�ym�nts have b�en received; now, therefore,

!isted on Exhibit A for the actual costs of mowing or clearing, pius admini§trative cost$, as shown
an Exhibit A.
Sectian 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed ta prepare a notice of 6ien �gainst each
property lisfied on Exhibit A and to record the sa�� in the pa�blic records af Pi,�eli�s County,
Florida.
