W�REAS, the City is the owner of real property located at 1551 Gulf. Blvd, which
is being developed as a neighborhood park; anci
VIiEIEREAS, 2he Sand Key �ivie Association has submitted a request that the
progerty be named "�ay gark on Sand I�sy"; and.
'Wd�3EI�EAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended that the site be
named "Bay Park on Sand Key"; and
'V���EAS, the City Commission des�res to %rmally name this site in accordance
