RESOLUTION NO. 95 -44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER DISSOLVING THE
NORTH GREENWOOD DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE AS A CITY
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on May 18, 1995, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater adopted Ordinance No. 5817 -95, establishing a Design
Review Board for the North Greenwood Commercial district, Downtown
Clearwater, and the commercial areas of Clearwater Beach; and
WHEREAS, this Design Review Board will perform the same or
similar architectural reviews performed to date in the North
Greenwood Commercial district by the North Greenwood Design Review
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of Ordinance No. 5817 -95 replaces the
North Greenwood Design Review Committee with the Design Review
Board in the City of Clearwater Code of Ordinances; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater hereby recognizes the hard
work and dedication of the current and past members of the North
Greenwood Design Review Committee, and expresses its thanks and
gratitude for their outstanding service to the citizens of the City
of Clearwater.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater hereby dissolves the North
Greenwood Design Review Committee as a City advisory committee.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
