A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION 94 -52 WHICH ESTABLISHED A SCHEDULE
OF FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW OF SITE
PLANS, .SUBDIVISION PLATS, ANNEXATION REQUESTS, LAND USE
PLAN AND ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS, CONDITIONAL USES,
VARIANCES, MINOR VARIANCES, APPEALS TO HEARING OFFICERS
AND CERTAIN CONTINUANCES; ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR APPEALS
TO THE CITY COMMISSION; PROVIDING A EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,. the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 94 -52 establishing fees to be charged
for applications for review of site plans, subdivision plats, annexation requests, land use plan and
zoning atlas amendments, conditional uses, variances, appeals to hearing officers and certain
continuances; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds it necessary to amend Section 1 F to add a new
subsection (b) to establish a fee for appeals to the City Commission; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 F of Resolution No. 94 -52 is amended to read:
(aa). Appeal from Planning and Zoning Board or Development
Code Adjustment Board to Hearing Officer ...................... $365.00
(b) Appeal from Planning and Zonina Board to Citv Commission ......... 50.00
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
