A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 3000 BLOCK OF
CLEVELAND STREET, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHESAPEAKE PARK
AS PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY; DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AS
ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR CLEVELAND STREET; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described
property, and the City desires to construct a vehicular turn- around in the area
of this property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate this property as public right -of -way;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The property described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby
dedicated as right -of -way for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater as their interests may appear. The property shall be designated as
right -of -way for Cleveland Street.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1994.
