A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES, RATES AND CHARGES FOR
VARIOUS APPLICATIONS UNDER THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE TO
ESTABLISH A FEE FOR AN APPLICATION FOR A MINOR VARIANCE;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds it necessary to establish a fee for
minor variances; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Schedule of Fees, Rates and Charges set forth in Appendix
A to the Code of Ordinances is amended to read:
LAND DEVELOPMENT:
There is hereby established the following fees and charges relating to
review and processing of site plans, land use plan and zoning atlas
amendments and subdivision plats, conditional uses, variances, appeals,
continuances, concurrency reviews and eaneurreney reyiews, and development
agreement reviews:
Variance or conditional use applications:
(1) Variances:
(d) Minor variances (§ 45.23)

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
