A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMITTEE, ESTABLISHING A TWO YEAR TERM
FOR THE MEMBERS, AND ESTABLISHING A REPORTING DATE
FOR THE COMMITTEE'S FINAL REPORT.
WHEREAS, Section 420.9076(2)(f), Florida Statutes, and Ordinance 5410 -93 requires the
appointment of an Affordable Housing Advisory Committee; and
`'VIIEREAS, The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has held 5 meetings and completed
a significant part of the charge given to them by the City Commission.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida:
The following individuals are hereby appointed as members to the Affordable Housing Advisory
Committee:

Housing Advisory Committee with presenting its final report to the City Commission by May 15,
1994.

BE 11' FUR'i'UER RESOLVE) that the Clearwater City Commission charges the Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee with presenting its final report to the City Commission by May 15,
1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clearwater City Commission appoint all members of
the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee to two year terms.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
