A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION 92 -38, WHICH ESTABLISHED A SCHEDULE
OF FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR VARIOUS ZONING AND LAND USE
APPLICATIONS, TO DELETE THE FEE FOR ANNEXATION AND
INITIAL ZONING AND LAND USE REQUESTS, AND TO ESTABLISH
A NEW FEE FOR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT REVIEWS; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission established fees for applications for review
of site plans, subdivision plats, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning
atlas amendments, conditional uses, variances, appeals to hearing officers and
certain continuances, by the adoption of Resolution No. 92 -38; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds it desirable to eliminate the fee for
annexations and initial zoning land use requests, and to establish a new fee for
development agreement reviews; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection C of Section 1 of Resolution No. 92 -38 is amended,
and Subsection I is added to Section 1, to read:
Section 1. There is hereby established the following fees and
charges relating to review and processing of site plans, anRexatian

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
