A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 92 -38 TO REVISE
THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR APPLICATIONS FOR CONDITIONAL
USES AND VARIANCES WHERE CONSTRUCTION HAS COMMENCED OR A
USE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to amend the penalty for
applicants who have commenced construction or have established uses
requiring conditional use approval or variance approval without
benefit of such approval, as set forth herein; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Paragraph (4) of Subsection E of Section 1 of
Resolution 92 -38 is amended to read:
There is hereby established the following fees and charges
relating to review and processing of site plans, annexation
requests, land use plan and zoning atlas amendments, a+kd
subdivision plats, conditional uses, variances, appeals,
continuances and concurrency reviews:
E. Variance or Conditional Use Applications
(4) Variance or Conditional Use Permits for -in- _ -g
construction that has been initiated or a use that has
been established prior to obtaining a required

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
