DEDICATING A SIDEWALK EASEMENT LYING ACROSS A CITY -OWNED
PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
- THE INTERSECTION OF PIERCE STREET AND EAST AVENUE, ALSO

- /o,$ PARK SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a sidewalk
easement; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A portion of the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto, consisting of a triangular parcel of land located at the southwest corner
of the intersection of Pierce Street and East Avenue as depicted in Exhibit A,
is hereby dedicated as a sidewalk easement for use by the general public and the
City of Clearwater as their interests may appear.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
