A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ACKNOWLEDGING AND CONFIRMING RESOLUTION NO. 92 -4 OF THE
PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, RELATING
TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF TENNESSEE AVENUE FROM BAYVIEW
AVENUE TO MEADOW LARK LANE, A PORTION OF WHICH LIES
WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, THE COST OF WHICH CONSTRUCTION IS TO BE PAID
THROUGH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS UPON BENEFITTED PROPERTIES;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92 -4 of the Pinellas County Board of County
Commissioners orders paving improvements to Tennessee Avenue from Bayview Avenue
to Meadow Lark Lane and ordering assessment of certain County residents for a
portion of the improvements; and
WHEREAS, because part of the improvements will occur within the corporate
boundaries of the City of Clearwater, the City has been requested to acknowledge
and confirm Pinellas County Resolution No. 92 -4; now, therefore,
BE I°T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 92 -4 of the Pinellas County Board of County
Commissioners, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby acknowledged and confirmed.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
