WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate portions thereof as utility easements;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The properties described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit
B attached hereto are hereby dedicated as utility easements for use by the
general public, Florida Power Corporation, and the City of Clearwater as their
interests may appear.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1992.
